Doctor, I am suffering from tail bone pain since 9 months. No injury. It's due to sitting long in computer chairs. The chairs are of good quality, lumbar safe but more soft. I previously had ankle pain, knee pain and it's difficult for me to get up from sitting position. I am 47 year old, F, ht. 160 cm, wt. 61 kg. I have thyroid problem, BP and constipation. It is horrible for me to change sitting positions and to get up from a chair. What to do, please help.

Nothing to worry about you will be fine with my treatment of few weeks kindly forward me your thyroid and diabetic profile tests and BP records for proper medication. For now avoid sitting long in any one posture take light meals and take steam bath one or two sitting in a week. Consult back for proper treatment with reports.
