I am having 7.3 mm stone in lower pole of my kidney. Will it pass spontaneously or I have to undergo surgery. Also I am feeling mild abdominal pain and nausea from past two days. I do not know is it because of stones or something else.

7.3 mm stone is difficult to be dissolved so you have to undergo surgery.

7.3 mm has about 30% chance of passing off. Better take a CT KUB. That will give a clear picture.
