Hi, I Got fungal infections first is Athletes foot, major on left leg on toes which lil bit spread on my right leg on toes covering 2 cm spherical radius and second is ringworm of groin on my thighs covering pubic region it gon faded because it was from long time I think 8-9 months both infection started approximately from same time but starting of Athletes foot is like an acne of size less than pea. And the ringworm of groin on my thighs is not going completely also Athletes foot it seems like I am getting rid of it but in 2-3 days I feel like itching stuff and dryness and scars in circle and lines on both leg covering large are basically it was red when its occurring and highlighted like its a outline of infection covering the area on both side in oval shape. Infection,medicines I used to cure this I take many medicines like ointment ,and also eat patanjali kayakalp vati tablets these kayakalp tablets are highly effective which helps in drying the affected area. Please Suggest me the accurate medicines and treatment to resolve this infection.
