I am suffering from late night sleep. I can't sleep at early night. I can't talk to my friend because of shyness. I am in depression.

Is a habit formation. Go to bed early. Switch off all lights and have good ventilation. Switch off mobile and tv. Drink a glass of warm milk with sugar before sleep. You may use medicines containing ashwagandha for normal sleep and mental depression.
