Hi I am looking to start with keto diet. I am currently under treatment for cholesterol and thyroid. Have done keto a year back and now interested to start with it again. Need advice from an expert who will suggest a proper diet to be followed. Cmsince I am working it is difficult to remove time for workouts. I'm a non veg eater. Currently the o lyrics activity I do now is swimming which is 3 times a week.Please suggest.
