Hi, let me brief you about the situation, I have tight foreskin on my penis, I cannot retract the foreskin all the way when I have an erection. I can pull the foreskin back when my penis is not erect. I believe a small part of the foreskin has to be attached at the bottom of the penis so I don't know if that attachment is stopping me to retract the skin all the way. But any way I managed to visit government hospital the doctor advised me to use t-bact ointment 3 times a day for a 7 days! And after that he said come to me if it doesn't work in 7 days then we have to surgery. But I am afraid to do surgery, and I don't know why and what to do? So please someone help me what to do! Is there a solution without surgery or surgery is good to do? Thanks in advance.

Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like Merc. Iod. Sulphur, acid-nit, Jacaranda, Cinnabaris, Hepar-sulph, Can notharis, Thuja etc which can help such cases. For treatment let me know since when do you have this condition?

If the skin is attached to the bottom, medicines won’t help. Surgery will required to release it.
