Dear Lybrate user, first of all this is not true, some time due to Harmonal changes female get hearing loss, but for that you need to immediately consult for the reporting.
Not of any case that I know of. It can happen as sideeffect to some medication especially mycin group of drugs. But never in natural normal delivery.
