Mam. Pls clear my doubt. I am 27 years old. I got married in may 2017. But unfortunately I had ectopic pregnancy in august 2017 .due to which I had laparoscopic surgery, in that left fallopian tube was removed. In january I had miscarriage of 4-5 week pregnancy. What can be the reasons of such complications. Is it due to pelvic inflammatory disease. Or any other reason. Is pID a sexually transmitted disease. If it is not then how can I have PID on my own? Is it due to insemination. How can I know I have PID? I think I do not have this disease as I do not find any visible symptoms of this. Can PID be due to not cleaning vagina before sex? How can PID be prevented? Should I hv done PID treatment before baby planning. I hd one ectopic pregnancy and one miscarriage in 8-9 mothns time of my marriage. My husband say that I can not become mother. Is it right to give this statement in less than 1 year of marriage?
