I am suffering from anxiety and hypertension as I am over thinking a lot which is leading to psychological problem. As my penis when flaccid is very small and it retracts completely inside the body sometime or when I am exercising ,running or feeling nervous. This retraction completely inside the body is totally fine and normal right? Please help so that I can stop all my hypertension.

When done regularly twice a day, this exercise gradually alleviates the anxiety and is a sure shot method to relieve anxiety. But should be done religiously. Make a self rating scale of 0 to 10 where 0 = absence of anxiety, 10 = highest level of anxiety experienced.
