Problems like this usually gets controlled by Proper Lifestyle and Diet Management along with Patient Tailored Manual Medicine or Physiotherapy by a Qualified Physiotherapist. Straightening of Cervical is Mechanical in nature due to tightening and weakness of certain muscular and ligamentous structures which can be dealt Biomechanically by a Qualified Physiotherapist. Scoliosis again is a Mechanical Problem which can be dealt effectively by Therapeutic Exercise like Schroths Exercise. (Make sure the Cobb's angle is less than 35) Good luck!
