I'm female 26 years. I have severe hair fall and hair thinning in scalp. I also have dry flakes coming off from scalp. I have tried ketoconazole shampoos but that only made the scalp more dry. Which ever shampoo I use, same problem. Shampoos make my hair and scalp dry. My hair is easily breakable. Hair breakage is also more. There is no strength in hair.
