I am having a perforated ear drum ,daily fluids and pus flows from the ear and visited several doctors they said tht you have to do surgery for the same. Is there any other option for stopping this fluids and pain. Having small hole from last year.

Surgery is ultimate but can't guarantee 100% success. Is the otitis media traumatic or other cause? However for the time being start taking sarivadi vati 2 bd + septilin tab 2 bd crushed and ground to be taken with ghee. Or simply take with water. BILVADI tel ear drops are allowed in Ayurveda.
