I am on medication for high blood pressure problem from last 02 years ,now from last three months my pressure is between 120 to 130 higher side after medicine change. Also I have reduced weight from 100 to 88.7 kg. I have also started exercises such as half hour of rope skipping in morning and 50 minutes of continuous cycling in evening. To replace rope skipping I have started stationary jogging for 40 minutes in 2 sessions. My question is will cardio exercise mentioned above will again increase my blood pressure and affect my health at some point of time or shall I continue my exercises for above mentioned duration. Also to tell you I have skipped the rice and oily foods completely. Please advise.
