My broken collar bone is displacement fracture, now its overlap there, infact there is bumped over fracture site, what should I do to decrease the bump. What should I expect now, can I lift weights?

If there is overlap that means fracture has not healed properly. There is MAL UNION. You need to go for SURGERY. Open Reduction & Internal fixation by Locking Plate has to be done.

In case of displaced collar bone frature better is to go for wire fixation that you can get removed after sometime it will not effect your physical activity.
