I am 30 year old and 14 weeks pregnant. On 13 week 3 days I have done double marker test and nt scan. Double marker test result is low risk is 1 in 967 and nt value is 2.6 mm.The combined risk is 1 in 3222. Is there any chances of downs to my little one.

Theoritical chance yes because this test gives you statistical chance not definete yes or no, meaning in your case there is 1 in 3222 chance of down's. Practically it means it extremly low chance so no need to do specific test which has its own side effects.
