My periods are delayed my date was 15 and today is 25 .i m worried. I did pregnancy test (UPT) but results are negative. I have joint gym on 5 .is it related to that. I always have regular periods if delayed maximum 2 days not more than that. Please help me what to do?

Delay in periods can be due to stress or hormonal imbalance due to new exercise regimens and To clear your doubts get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports.
