I want to gain weight. I have been smoking weed heavily for 8 years now. I used to take corex along with heroin and weed for 4-5 years. My weight was approx 68-70 kg and now I'm only 52 kg. I look very weak and please help me out with some tips on how to gain healthy weight and muscles.
