I am 39 years old man and have typhoid fever. Currently am on medication and strict diet. It's been 10 days am feeling much better but my headache won't go away at all. It's always mild to moderate. Is this common during typhoid. I checked with my doctor he asked to gulp a paracetamol if you have headache or slight fever. Please help.
