After coming from college I have my lunch (2 chapati and vegetable)) and then I sleep for 1.5-2 hours approx. I hit the gym around 30 - 40 min after waking up and don't have anything in between. Even after waking up, there seems to be a fullness in stomach and even in the gym for a while. It didn't use to happen before. Also after post workout protein shake I feel Fuller even an hour of having it, possible because I have changed my protein and it is heavier.

Start having lemon in luke warm water early morning Chew food well not swallow it Do not sleep directly aftr eating Before gym have a banana or apple Post gym have protein powder Have proper balanced home made meal Drink water plenty Avoid all junk foods which may cause indegestion Avoid sweet items.
