Sir i am a diabetic but there is lot of stress in my job what should I do my bosses and colleagues are all against each other.

Hello, thanks for the query. Job stress is almost in every place. It is essential to get used to it and don't get either disturbed or worked up with that. Since you are having diabetes, it is necessary to control the blood glucose levels as recommended. Looking at your weight & height it is clear that with a BMI of 30.8 kgs /M2 there's grade 1 obesity. This is the main culprit contributing to diabetes. Since there's no mention of either glucose levels, HbA1c or any medications, difficult to comment on treatment. You will have learn to remain stress free. Thanks.
