From the time I have left taking nexito forte I am having sleep disturbance and after I stopped taking lonazep the problem has gone deeper. Please help how can I go normal style.

The medications you have been given need fine tuing, though lonazep is good for anxiety, it cannot be given on a longer run as it a benzodiazepine and needs to be given for shorter course. Nexiot forte is powerful and has high doses of escitalopram and produces more side effects than benefits, you need better medications for your anxiety. Consult any psychiatrist either online or in person and get helped for rationale medication choice which is tolerabe as well as does not produce side effects with symptom control. Good luck.
