When I sit on folded legs my knee is paining, inside or sideways, and then when start to stand up. I don't have pain in the knee while standing, walking or jogging. What could be the reason because I'm not able to concentrate while studying as pain increases. Also another one is My neck starts to pain and slowly while eating my head feels heavy and starts paining. Not the headache. It just pain and when I lie down then it disappears.
