Hi, some some time I have been suffering with stress/ anxiety/ low mood. At starting symptoms were like unwanted thoughts, panic attacks while dealing in public forum etc and now I feel like all tym I observe myself and a feeling of depersonalisation. This happens till I have no work to do and I am free but as I start working or my mind goes into something else I start feeling like normal. Requesting to guide what should I do. It's been 2 years I am suffering with same & I don't feel these symptoms on continuous basis but repeatedly.

You have not mentioned your age. Let me assume you are young. I don't know if you are aware of the term depersonalisation but if you are aware of what that means and implies, then you could be looking at some early unwelcome signs of more trouble coming. All the other symptoms seem to add up and it is time you sought some professional help and sort this out early. The further you neglect this, it can get so compounded that it can become too late too. Go and meet with a counselor first and if that person recommends that you meet with a doctor, please do so immediately and cooperate with both fully.
