Hello I am 32 years old my actual weigh 85 kg. And height 173 cm. I want loss weight approx 10 - 15 kg so please give me suitable advice Thanks Bhoodev.

Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.
