I wake up at 9 am I breakfast at 12 pm n lunch at 4 pm then snacks at 6 pm lastly dinner at 11: 30 pm in my breakfast I ate four chhapti vegetable every day different different type vegetable .then in the lunch I ate one plate rice n same vegetable which is cooked in the morning n in the snacks, biscuits, bread butter n lastly in dinner, 6-7 chhapati n again same vegetable which is cooked in morning n one glass milk. I'm not exercising because after exercise I get fully tired n fall asleep .my weight is still underweight n my wrist is very thick Now, what can I do for my healthy body.

Your dinner time which is 11:30 is too late... Change and make it early.. Take Homoeopathic Medicine Alfalfa Q 10 drops before meals..
