During pregnancy and delivery, changes take place in the body due to hormones. Streatching of the muscles, ligaments and widening of the pelvic joints during delivery etc takes place. U need to do post delivery exercises to regain its normal size and strength. U can start it now. At the same time you have to consume healthy food with lots of vegetables and fruits.
