My baby age is 2 years 2 months ,weight 8.5 kg She oftenly suffering from infections and get loss of appetite & weight. Urine culture shows pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria Aztreonam, cefuroxime and cefuroxime shows resistant zone size 6 mm And ultra sound kub shows mild diffuse urinary bladder wall thickening Previously VUR GRADE 5 REFLUX operation done Please suggest complete prevention of recurrent UTI.
