I went to a dermatologist because my face becoming dark so he told me that you have pimples so for that I will give tablets use it for 6 week but I do not have much pimple he gave me isotretinoin glotret 20 and isopil 30 to use with biluma cream and episoft moisturizer now I am use for a week my face more dark than before and very dry my lips and mouth are very dry so please suggest me whether I have to continue to use these tablets are to stop please give me needful reply.

Hello, Its normal for first two weeks to face these side effects and it settles in 2-4 wks it is called "tretinoin purge" Make sure you use sunscreen three times a day during the treatment. Consult your dermatologist for any untoward effects.
