I am having very much discomfort in my body because of acid reflux I actually not getting what is happening in my stomach what ever I eat stomach becomes fat, heartburning, belching, bloating because of all this i am loosing my weight I am not getting what to do I have done many tests all are normal I only do smoking nothing else is this the main point of not getting well please tell me please.

I think you should get an endoscopy done. You should quit smoking also. Smoking definitely aggrevates your symptoms.
