I have a problem of burping. My stomach is heavy after meal. I am obese. Pls suggest remedy.

You can take these steps. Drink a glass of water 10 minutes before every meal. Eat slowly and chew properly. Eat one cup salad during every meal. Reduce fried foods, pickles and papad. Whenever you are 80% full, you just have to get up and walk away from the table. Go for 10 mins light walk after every meal. Try these steps and you will see the difference.
