I have an allergy of drink curd, buttermilk, yogurt .as I recently undergo section I heard these food items are must in reducing heat as I am breastfeeding my child it is also keeps baby body cool. Is it correct. If so suggest me alternative way for that curd. please help me out .if I did not takrle those products will it really cause heat for my baby.

There is no entity called as heat. If you drink 3 to 4 litres of clean water then that is sufficient for for you and your baby. You should avoid above dairy products if you are allergic. You can eat Almonds, Dates and figs for good milk production.
