I am hearing" eeeeeee" like sound in back of my head only in silent room. It is not that much irritating and not even interfering my daily activities. No problem in hearing and sleeping. Negative H/O ear pain, ear discharge, nausea, vomiting, vertigo. No significant drug history and past illness history.
