My mother is 45 years old and now before 2 or 3 3 days dhe has severe toothache in their molars both upper and lower jaw so please tell me what can she do and what things she would be avoided during these days.

She can avoid chewing from painful side and can avoid home remedies to control tooth pain since it can be very severe in no time. Let her visit a dentist to find the actual cause and concrete treatment based on real cause of her problem.

Well gurgle with laung, apply fatkiri, boil few leaves of guava and rinse your mouth with that water, and you need to visit a dentist as soon as possible.
