I have lost the track of my exercises since two months because I got married. I want to get back to my normal shape and weight. Please suggest me some exercises.

Try to to 40-60 mins intensive exercise every day. At home you can view exercises based on apps or youtube. Outside you can go for walks/jobs. Else you can join a gym and do treadmill / cross trainer etc. Or you can join Zumba/ Aerobics classes. Whatever you prefer/like, you can do those exercises regularly and you will be fit soon.
