My vulvar area is very hot, and red, however it does not burn and there is no pain. This has been happening for a year, there is a small indentation in the vaginal opening and a small little cyst like bump next to the hymen in the opening but on the wall and a white round patch just under. It may get irritated time to time and sometimes itchy but no pain or discomfort.

Hello. The condition you are referring to might be due to the infection in the surrounding area or may be due to allergy of some kind. A proper examination only can give an idea and the subsequent treatment protocol. The bumps may be related to the minor cysts which are commonly seen. However its better if you get examined, or you can consult online with me with more detailed history.
