My daughter 3 years old now and she is not speaking normal word's like mom and daddy. However every she'll tell all words a to z ,1 to 25 numbers and some raimyes. I tested hearing and there's no problems every thing is normal. But why she is not responding if any other people call. Sometime she is not responding if my self or my wife called. Please suggest.

Show pictures of Fruits, animals etc. One by one ask your child to repeat and differ. Asking your child to repeat. Give max repeatations. Help her to frame sentences, For ex: (i want apple) like this. Consult speech therapist near to u. They ll help you.

She may have Autism Spectrum Disorder if she does not socialise and communicate appropriately. Need to observe her more closely before the diagnosis though. Try reducing screen time at home for her meanwhile. Play games with her like building blocks and puzzles. Tell her short stories. And show to a speech therapist or to a psychologist for proper diagnosis if she still does not show interest in speech and communication and seems in her own world.
