I sometimes get into a very unwell and uneasy state. I feel feverish and have headache although my body temperature remains normal but along with headache I even get body pain and be sound sensitive in this tenure plus my whole body especially my skin feels too dry and pale. I get into this condition 3-4 days before my periods and it continues for 4 days or so. Can I know what is wrong with me. Is it something serious about which I need to worry?
