I was taking tryptomer 25 mg the last 1 year for continued headache after I had a mild head injury. I am not 100cent relieved and no My doctor said it is. Migraine and has prescribed me divaa, tryptomer 25 mg od and headset as Sos fr another 2 months. May I know is the combination safe and y m I not getting Complete relief even after a year medication.
