I had small follicles in ovaries similar to PCOS so I conceived using clomid and went though missed miscarriage in 8th week. Had d&c done. Scan reports says no cyst in both ovaries now. Can I ovulate on my own? Or will I get pcos again immediately? Pls help.

PCOS is usually a chronic condition and you may have it even if no cysts are seen in the ovaries. But you can still get pregnant without medicines because ovulation occurs irregularly in PCOS.

If your cycles are getting regular the you will be ovulating. Continue with life style modification which will keep pcos under check, probably you will come with natural pregnancy. Start folic acid 2 months prior attempting pregnancy. Usually pcos comes back or worsen as months go by if you do not follow any kind of lifestyle modification or medicines like insulin sensitisers.
