I?m 28 year old, male, currently undergoing Air Force flying training which involves exposing G-force (1-5), and we have to use helmet also. Started paining as soon as I put helmet and after hard turn maneuvers (G-force) it?s sever. I reported sick and after doing MRI they said nothing is wrong with me. Below is the finding of MRI reports: -diffuse disc bulge at c4-5, c5-6, c6-7, level, impinging upon the thecal sac with mild bilateral neuro-foramina narrowing. - there is subligamentouse disc bulge noted at c4-5 c5-6 & c6-7 level without significant neural compromise. The (APXTRXCC) diameter of cervical canal c4-5 (10. 8 mm) c5-6 (11. 5 mm)&c6-7 (10. 8 mm) - degenerative change of lumber spine. - central disc protrusion at l4-5& l5-s1 without significant neural compromise / secondary spinal canal stenosis. However, having doctors said that, I?m not convinced cause now I can feel pain radiating through left arm sometimes. As day gets harder as does pain. I look down nor up long time it cause pain. Doctors said it?s normal to find those finding on anyone. They say there is no you?ll get pain. It?s your mental issue. I?m so confused now.
