Dear Dr. I am a working women .i usually eat n sleep in afternoon, as I can't wait for 30 mint n even can't skip my sleep of 2 hours. I have a perfect figure. But my tummy is coming out. I want a fit n fine body. What exercise n intake I should take for rhat? Should I drink warm water. When n how much. please tell me now. I will be grateful to you .thnk you.

Do not take warm water instead do workouts use stairs walking jogging will help out also you can do twisting for 20 mins this will bring back your shape along with it you need to take juicy fruits .
