I have started jogging and strength training 20 days ago. 40 minutes of jogging and 60-80 minutes of strength training everyday. Weight has reduced from 89.3 to 87.3 kg. I would like to know what kinds of food should I consume to keep up with my workout. Something to strengthen the muscles, as well as reduce weight gradually. I do not prefer to consume supplements. I'm a vegetarian. Please guide me. Thank you.
