I am not able to sleep. Earlier it happened only 4 5 days in a month, but this time it's been more than a week since I have slept peacefully for whole night. People say that it's because I'm thinking about something, but my mind ia latterly blank during this time. Mainly, I use listen music or use some social media until I feel little sleepy. Is this insomnia? Is there anything serious? Do I need to see a doctor?
