Hey doctor! I am really getting FAT. I AM 21 years old. Please give me a diet plan as I do not consume fruits and beef. I am okay to have anything. It would be great if you help me to loose some weight and look smart.

To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio & stretching exercise in morning.
