When I am sleeping at night sudden I wake up and feel anxiety and feel that there is something in my neck. Is it gas.

Start eating light at night if you feel it is gas. Eat your last meal two hours prior going to bed and it is advised you go for a light walk post dinner. Waking up feeling anxious could also hint at some anxiety or stress issues. Ruling out any one could help in focussing and treating the real cause.
