I'm having too much gas in stomach and acid reflux till the chest resulting in sneezing. I just noticed mucus in the stools which was bright yellow in colour and I can see undigested food. I don't know what was the problem. Ibs, bacterial infection. Someone help me out. Currently I'm using levipride 25 mg and esomeprazole 40 mg on suggestion of gastroenterologist.

Continue medication with Dietary changes like 1) avoid spicy, oily, fried foods, junk food. 2) avoid late night heavy dinner. Try to maintain gap of 3-4 hrs between dinner and sleep 3) minimise tea/coffee intake and avoid tea/coffee at night 4) combine dietary changes with prescribed medication. If it doesn't work consult gastroenterologist.
