Did clitoris damage can be seen in mri or not I do masturbation agressibely by rubbing legs pls help.

Going by this I feel your frequency of urination is because of cold season and not because of urine infections which is urine culture normal and USG Normal Now backaches and pelvic pain is because of exhaustive and aggressive masturbation habits So I think a pain killer should solve the problem Your dizziness may because of something else may be because low diet, headaches or ENT problems But if you problems persist consult a gynacologist to have your parts examined who can advise you better.
