If your health is deteriorating at age 23 you don't look after your health correctly. Insulin resistance, high BP, and autonomic dysfunction are probably caused by poor diet. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than restricted diet that is now in fashion. Light exercise may improve insulin resistance, start whenever your condition allows.
