Having 1 thing does not help in weight reduction. You need to correct entire food intake. You should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio and stretching exercise in morning.
