I want to loose weight. I have pain in my legs due to obesity so I am not able to go to gym. Please suggest diet so that I can reduce weight with less exercise.

To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do at least 20 mins of cardio and stretching exercise in morning. You can contact me directly for any further help.
